I wish I had your wisdom, attention to detail, creativity, and intelligence when I was your age. You have created a picture perfect scenario for you and Nate. I believe you will attain all your goals at some level. Don't be disappointed and certainly don't let your happiness be diminished if any of these goals don't occur in exactly the way you have spelled out. IE Be just as happy with an obstructed view of the ocean.
