Breathe it all in.
Love it all out.

Three days off will give you a lot of perspective.

on work/life balance.
on community.
on productivity.
on God.
on quality time.
on food.
on exercise.
on friends.
on responsibility.
on sleep.

I just wonder. What's really most important to you? How do prioritize/balance it all? It's such a delicate juggling act.

Look within, meditate, center yourself, take a minute before reacting, and enjoying the moment are the most important skills to hone. It is important to set priorities, plan for the future, remember the past, and balance your life's activities, but the skills that creates the most joy and happiness is living in the present. When you can let go of your judgment about how you are doing your time, here and now, are more peaceful, productive, and happy.
